What Causes Painful Urination After Unprotected Intercourse?

I had unprotected sex last weekend and started having the following symptoms. Pink eye in both eyes and painful urination. I doctor tested for chlamydia and my urine test came back normal. He said those tests are not always accurate and he wonders if I have it. He prescribed a powder antibiotic and antibiotic eye cream. I started taking that last Wednesday and my eyes are worse, more red and one eye is very bad. I still have painful urination. Any suggestions?

Hi I think you should do a urine routine and microscopy and culture done to see if there is any infection or not. You may need some antibiotic according to the culture report. Hope it helps.
