What Causes Painful Urination After Using Methamphetamine?

When I m doing meth when i have to go pee it hurts and comes out real slow... Also it sometimes takes minutes of standing there before just the smallest amount comes out... So I ll put my penis up and then it feels like i gotta pee again so I ll take it back out and stand there forever only for a little more to come out... Usually it feels like I ve still gotta pee when I m done but i can t anymore i try again.... Also it hurts very bad sometimes when i ejaculate and way less semen comes out than normal...

Hi,

As per your complaint, you have the problem of burning sensation and blood in the urine. Do a urine test with microscopic examination and complete blood cell count for further diagnosis. If any bladder infection or kidney infection present then it can be detected by this urine test. Kidney stone or infection may cause this type of symptoms.

Consult a nephrologist for further diagnosis. After urine culture test if the infection is present then start proper antibiotics under the doctor's suggestion. Urine alkalytic agent is helpful in urinary tract infection. Maintain proper hygiene. Drink filter water more so it dilutes urine and flushes out a bacteria. Avoid tight clothes. Wear loose cotton cloth. Cranberry juice is helpful in UTI. Consult a nephrologist for further diagnosis. Start a treatment according to the cause.
