What Causes Painful Urination And Pain In The Hips?
For the last few days, I ve been having pain during and after urination. The pain is radiating into my hips. From a scan done last Tuesday, it was discovered that I have hydronephrosis. I was put on antibiotics and Tramadol for pain. Neither are helping. What should I do?

Hello, In my opinion the hydronephrosis may be due to renal calculi in the past or presently. You may also have infection in the kidneys. Hence the antibiotics have been started for you. A complete blood count with esr is advisable. If the pain persists,a CT scan might be needed(presuming you had a ultrasound scan).
