What Causes Painful Urination And Severe Backache?

Started off with painful urination , took azo and plenty of water, fine for about two days. Then lower back pain, severe pain to the point I couldn t walk after laying down at night. Two negative urinalysis , some blood present, another urinalysis a week later making sure azo was out of system. Negative ultra sound for bladder stones. Back pain better for still sore and unable to job or stand for long periods of time with out experiencing pain , this has been almost a month now and currently having diarrhea for the past 4 days. None of this being normal or ever happening in the past.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
I would suggest you to do a Urine Culture with antibiotic sensitivity testing to rule out Urinary tract infection first. You should see a general physician to get prescribed with antibiotic for seven days. If the urine culture is negative and your pain continues after, you should proceed with Imaging of your lumbosacral spine.
