I have painful urination several days a week. When I drink alot of water it seems to clear up only to return in a day or two. I am also becoming tired much more easily than before. I do work long hours and am 63 years old, but until now have been a very energetic person. I am also 5 years from breast cancer diagnosis and treatment.;;Should I be concerned?
Yes, your concern is very true! In my clinic, I advise urine routine, X-ray KUB, ultrasound abdomen & pelvis, renal function tests & blood sugar. This helps to know the cause behind painful urination. More commonly infection, stone in the urinary tract cause painful urination. Treatment is done accordingly. Hope this information is useful. Wish you healthy life ahead. Thanks. Regards.
