Hi I had unprotected sex around 2 months ago and now in the past 2 weeks I ve a burning sensation when I pee, a bad cough . I went to my local gp and they think it could be dehydrated so when I drink a lot of water the burning sensation goes but now the top of my penis is sore and if I pull my fore skin it is sore and if I try to wank then within second cum/white stuff comes out , is this a sti
