What Causes Painful Urination & Brown Discharge Post An Unprotected Sex?

im on birth control but had sex without a condom about 2 weeks ago, the whole week after i had painful urination and yellowish discharge, and now this second week i had a light brown discharge. we had sex twice and the second time i bled afterwards. could this just be old blood or something more serious?

It could be a sexually transmitted disease or urinary tract infection. You should get investigated further with urine routine microscopic examination and culture.

Your pelvic examination also should be done.

You should consult a nearby gynecologist for detailed evaluation.
