What Causes Painful Urination In An Infant?

My baby (girl) is 3months old.whenever she gets up & tries to pass urine,she cries.after the urination she is just fine.anthor problem occurs that she can not pass the urine at a time.urine comes near vagina,after few minutes little bit passes.den after few minutes does the rest.i wl b thankful to know why is dis happening.m

I have gone through your query. Your infant's problem can be due to urinary tract infection. Urine routine examination will be helpful to rule out this. If there is infection then antibiotic therapy will be needed. If there is no signs of infection then a physical examination by pediatrician should be done to rule out other problems.
