What Causes Painful Urination Postpartum?

my wife is newly mother. 2 days ago after discharge from nursing home she will suffer pain while doing urination. slite rbc is coming... fever has come almost two times in a day... paracetamol and ofloxacin is given two times in a day. what can I do?

she may be having urinary tract infection. And that is the reason for painful micturation and fever. Paracetamol and ofloxin are sufficient to control uti.
