What Causes Painful Urination?

Hi four days ago I started to have pain with urinating. Now my doctor prescribed antibiotic Cipro for UTI because I can not take sulfa and diflucan because I always get a yeast infection with antibiotics. The pain is still present. It hurts to sit. The are is very tender in a few spots and inflamed. I am concerned it may be genital herpes

Avoid spicy food..
Drink more water..

Herpes genitalia diagnosis by clinical examination..
Consult a physician for further diagnosis..
