What Causes Painful Urination?
hi for the past two days am getting pain while urination so i did the scan urine culture and sensitivity report the report says occassional epithelical cell few pus cells no organism seen in direct smear - no growth in culture what does that mean is that series

As you have ruled out infection in urine, my opinion is to do ultrasound test of abdomen for detection of stone anywhere in urinary track (kidney to ureter).
Epithelial cells in urine are suggestive of urinary stone. Consult the surgeon.
