On the head of my penis . I seem to see a couple little white dots I am circumcised but while hard the you see it o. The back bottom head and when I piss I feel a little burning sensation then I would sometimes force the little but of puss out and I m 19. What could it be
According to your complaints you seem to be having balanoposthitis and the most common cause of this in adults is candidiasis which is a yeast infection. It is commonly seen in diabetes or persons taking long term antibiotics. It can also be seen in persons with decreased immunity either due to drugs or some disease. You can also contract this infection from your sexual partner if she is having history of vaginal discharge and itching.
