What Causes Painful White Bumps On Clitoris?

Hi , Ive been experiencing some pain on my clitoris when I wipe when I go to the bathroom and today I had the curiosity to look in the mirror and it looked white , like as if it was pus or something , I tried to squeeze it to see if anything would come out , but nothing , but it does hurt when I want to wipe and sometime becomes itchy as well. I m also pregnant , so what can this mean

Hi,

Yeast or bacterial infection can also be common of white spots or curdy white/foul smelling discharge. Yeast infections are especially common during pregnancy because hormone changes can disrupt the pH balance of the vagina. Antifungal cream such as clotrimazole can be used.

Whitish bumps on clitoris may be due to smegma which occurs due to build up of dead skin cells ,oil and can be reduced with proper vaginal hygiene.
