General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello
As per your clinical symptoms it seems that you have folliculitis on your gluteal region. It is an infective condition of the hair follicles. Another possibility is that you have developed a gluteal abscess( an infection of the soft tissue of the gluteal region).
The definitive management for this is Incision and drainage of the abscess.
I would suggest you to do the following blood tests - Hb% ,TC ,DC ,ESR, FBS, PPBS, Viral Serology, PT-INR.
and consult a surgeon for Incision and drainage. For the time being you may use some analgesics, anacids, and anti-biotics after consulting your surgeon to get some relief of the symptoms.
Thank you.
