General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I recommend you to go and see your doctor and probably have a doppler ultrasound to rule out DVT( deep vein thrombosis).
After that, the best course of action will be decided.
There are several drugs that can be used to dissolve clots and if one medication causes adverse effects, some other drug can be used.

I hope this answers your query.
I remain at your disposal for further medical assistance.
