What Causes Painfully Swollen Shoulder Joints And Ankles Along With Profuse Sweating?

I ve been sick all day.. my joints were swollen and hurt like heck, my knees, my shoulder joins, my ankles were swollen and my fingers in my hands were aching and swollen. I broke out into a profuse sweat and took my blood pressure and first reading was 97/62 113 pulse at 505P, 113/59 111 puls3e at 856P, 139/86 113 pulse at 1055P and 104/75 at 411A today. Thu at the Dr. off it was 88/66 101 pulse, then 83/56 56 pulse. My lower back was totally inflammed as well (I have severe issues including bones spurs pressing on L5). Have Orthopedic surgeon consult for that on 3/25. My concerns are the pressure/ high pulse rate with difficulty breathing to boot! I am on several pain meds (Pain Mgmt) but pain was above the Percocet 10 4x day, MSContin 30mg twice day. Almost went to ER as my joint pain was intolerable. Should I be concerned? I do take Cymbalta, Celebrex (although I ve been out a few days) and Lyrica (something new) and swelling is new.
