What Causes Painless Black Puffy Eyes?

I woke up yesterday morning with a black eye (left) no pain, no trauma, eyes had been puffy for a few days w/left being puffier, I take a few different medicines for cholesterol, depression and sleep. I have also been more tired than usual the last few days before it happen

Please meet a cardiologist as early morning puffiness of eyes is very suggestive of a heart disease and you will definitely need to be properly evaluated. please dont delay and meet your doctor soon.
