What Causes Painless Bump On Left Hand?

I have tiny, painless bump/wart like things on the top of my left hand. They are the same color of my normal skin tone. There is only two of them. Do you have any idea what it could be? Is it harmless or harmful? And it look to be that I have just got another one on my knuckle.

Hello,
The bump on your knuckle seems to be a ganglion. It is completely harmless. It sometimes disappears on it own. If you find it to be irritating or cosmetically bad you can consult an orthopedecian and get it removed. Be assured they are harmless. Hope you are satisfied with the response. Thanks for choosing HCM
