What Causes Painless Bumps On Leg With Discharge?

I have two very small bumps on my leg that don t hurt at all, I squeezed it and a very small amount of pus came out of one. Out of curiosity I poked it with a mechanical pencil and to my surprise the pencil went into the bump. I am obviously scared and wondering if I should see my doctor.

In your query , you only mentioned that there are two bumps filled with pus and having a deep hole .
You didn't mention about your age , sex , any other past illness, so this is very difficult to diagnose such bumps.
In my opinion consult a physician and get his opinion.
Such type of bumps may be due to frunculosis , diabetes or skin infection.
Only cause of concern is that these bumps are painless , so consult physician or surgeon and get physical examination.
