What Causes Painless Hard Discolored Spots On Palms And Soles?
Small, white, hard spots on palms and now on feet. No pain or itching. No chemical contact or recent visits to exotic locations. Started a month ago and seems to be spreading. Am prediabetic, 25 lbs overweight, smoker sedentary life style. Short of blood work/biopsy best guess?

Well the symptoms you mention in query can occur due to may reasons like psoriasis , allergic reaction , season change , corns , fungal infection and eczema . I would suggest you to stay in moist environment , take bendryl twice a day , stay away from allergens like dust and maintain personal hygiene . If condition doesn't get well then consult dermatologist or proper examination . Doctor may order allergy test , blood test and do physical examination . Doctor ma prescribe corticosteroid ointment , anti allergic and anti fungal medicine .
