What Causes Painless Lump In Jaw Line While Suffering From Crohn S Disease?

I have a lump by my jawline a rubbery lump that has grown over time.it is a firm lump that is movable and painless and kind of smooth. I also have a lymph node right under my ear that is protruding on the same side of my neck. I am very worried about my condition I have just recently been diagnosed with Crohn s disease which they said that I have a high risk for cancer could you tell me what is going on with my body?

As per your complain a painless moveable lump by the jaw line that is rubbery in consistency seems to be a enlarged lymph node..
Lymph nodes can get swollen in cases of recent and past history of infections while chronic enlarged lymph node that does not regress can also be Lymphoma that is a malignancy of lymph nodes..
Other causes of a lump over jawline can be a lipoma or a sebaceous cyst..
Confirmation can be done only after a thorough clinical evaluation and if needed Biopsy can be done..
In case if it is reactionary lymph node secondary to infection, antibiotics, anti-inflammatory medicine and warm compress will help..
In case of lymphoma radiotherapy and chemotherapy can be advised.
Lymphoma or sebaceous cyst can be treated by surgical removal..
