General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello.
Thankyou for contacting HCM.

The most common cause of painless vaginal lumps are cysts or angiomas and both these conditions do not require any treatment until they are causing you any discomfort.

I would highly recommend you consult your local gynaecologist and get yourself physically examined ro rule out any other causes and if required provide some treatment for them. I would'nt worry about vaginal cancer at this point as it is highly unlikely.

I hope this answers your question. Please feel free to contact HCM again if you have any concerns.
Wishing you good health.
