Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
Hello. I have shiny red or pink spots on the shaft of my penis, they do not hurt, burn, itch or cause any discomfort in anyway. I noticed them after using a flesh like toy for masturbation and thinking it may be a fungus if the toy was not clean or friction burn of some sort. I have been useing hydrocortisone cream and also organic coconut oil and now trying clotrimazole cream. It appears to look like its healing in the mornings after my shower but looks wose again at night after working in the hot sun all day. I have no other symptoms other than it looks terrible and has me stressed. Any feedback would be very helpful. I am sending photos as well. Thanks very much.
As per my clinical experience, the painless red spots on penis can be of concern with history of unprotected intercourse if available that turns to be sexually transmitted issue.
The syphillis is caused by spirochete Treponemon pellidum from positive partner harboring such bacteria. It is highly recommended to use a private consultation.
Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
