What Causes Painless Vaginal Lump?

I know I have a strand of HPV and I haven t been to my ob/gun in over a year and I was just wondering cuz I have like this what feels like a hard ball of tissue it is inside my vagina that when I like strain to go to the bathroom #2 it protrudes out it doesn t hurt or anything I just think it is weird cuz it s only when I go #2 I took a picture but I can t send it to u here I was wondering if this was a concern Jennifer

Thank you for asking HCM.
I have gone through your query. If it is a cystic lump then it is most likely a bartholin cyst.If that is prpersisting for long time then you can go for excision and biopsy. But if it is a protruding mass associated with straining then it can be a cysyocele or rectocele which also will surgical management in most cases. So you can go for a gynecologic examination to rule out this.
