General & Family Physician, Dr. Vasudha's Response
Hi,
I feel your skills n problem needs to be something nonspecific idiopathic hypomelanosis / fungal infection (specially when it's itching) and you need oral anti-fungal drug to control. Vitiligo is another possibility needs physical examination by expert dermatologist and skin biopsy as per need (this would rule out cancer from your mind too).
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Vasudha Jayant Athavale, General & Family Physician
