What Causes Pale Looking Sores On Tongue Despite Using Antibiotics?

my name is Jennifer Joy iv had sores on my tongue for about 4 to 5 months now also have them on side of mouth and now on my gums and inside lips also now my gums are pale looking instead of pink. Iv seen 5 different doctor 3 mds and ear nose and throat specialist and a gastrologist and been on allsorts of antibiotics and now on a mix I mix together myself from the pharmacist it has antibiotic steroids and a antifungal mouth rinse. nothing seems to be working if you have any idea please would love your thoughts on this

Welcome to HCM..

As per your complain pale looking sores inside mouth that are also present outside along with spreading to inside of lips and gums etc seems to be most probably due to viral infection caused be Herpes Virus..
It can also be due to a condition known as Bullous Pemphegoid..
You need to consult an Oral Pathologist and get evaluated and investigations like blood test, microscopic examination of scrapings from the sores and if needed biopsy can be done for confirmation...
Treatment can be appropriately given only after that..
In case if viral infection is confirmed then oral and topical antiviral medications like Acyclovir and Valacyclovir can help..
