What Causes Pale Poops?

My 4 month has been switched to formula from breastmilk for 1 week now. He was switched because he was not gaining weight and we were thickening 2 bottles with oat cereal. He has reflux and is on prevacid. Today he has had 3 pale poops, one was greyish. Should I be concerned?

Hello. Thank you for your question. Bowel movements can come in many colors. The important thing is his overall health. As long as your son is otherwise well, comfortable, and without fever, there is no cause for concern.
