General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

In most cases, palpitation is benign and requires no intervention. However, if your palpitation is recurrent, then you need to do a clinical assessment with few tests to investigate any underlying disorder, especially if it's associated with other symptoms such as chest pain, cough, and sweating.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
