Hi, for the last few weeks I have been experiencing heart palpatations, tumbling feeling, headache comes with this. My last bp I just took was 90/52. I am on a high blood pressure medicing almopodine 5 mg and a baby aspirin. I also take lorazepam for sleep. It seems worse when I am laying down. I am a 57 year old female, exercise regularly, eat healthy, walk a lot, etc. What can this be caused from?

Hi & Welcome.

Suggestive of hypotension (decreased BP).

From the history given in your query, you seem to be having a decreased BP due to slightly high dose of the prescribed medication Amlodipine.
You need to consult your treating doctor to adjust the dose of the prescribed medication or to choose an alternate medication to lower your high BP.

Continue taking baby Aspirin (the blood thinner) and taking a healthy low sodium diet along with regular exercise.

Hope this will help.
A feedback is appreciated.
