What Causes Palpitations Along With Nausea And Fatigue?

I have been feeling bad starting March 23,2017- current. My symptoms are: vision not focusing, heart racing off and on, feeling very fatigued, neck pain, ear pain, body aches, nauseated,headaches, tingling in hands and feet. CBC, ANA, Sed Rate, and Lupus anticoagulant were normal. Eye exam normal. I have had some of these symptoms off and on for at least 6 years. What do you think?

hello there, you have multiple somatic complaints however your investigations are normal. You may have somatization disorder. I will suggest you to consult a psychiatrist and start on SSRI group of drugs for your complaints. Take medicines for at least 6 months and see if it helps. All the best.
