What Causes Palpitations Along With Shortness Of Breath And Fatigue?
Hi, I have not been feeling well for the past 2 weeks. I have been having heart palpitations, shortness of breath and fatigue. I saw my family doctor last week and she said that my heart beat was fast. She ordered blood work and I see a cardiologist next week. I would just like to know if I should just deal with my symptoms or get seen sooner? Thanks

ECG should be done first and then the type of problem you are having can decide your treatment further. Due to the fast heart rate, the heart can't pump enough blood to meet its own requirement and other vital organs, hence the symptoms show up. So cardiologist opinion is best for further management.
