Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here... I had a total thyriod removal in 2009 I take 175 levothyroxin . I currently have palpatations get very stressed - cannot cope with upset.- heve tingling in my hands and inside my body- I get neck cramps which are so painful. I feel that I cant cope I cry a lot and I ahve even started talking to myself and worry about things that have not even happened . I

You have symptoms of hyperthyroidism(Palpitations, tingling in your hands). It can be probably due to overtreating. I suggets to see an endocrinologist because in my opinion you need to do the TSH test, to discuss with him about your symptoms and to do the necessary dose adjustment.
My advice is to meet even a psychologist because he/she can help you to cope with upset.
