What Causes Palpitations And Anxiety When Emotionally Low?
I am very emotional by birth.if something is going wrong ar if someone hurt or scold me without my fault then my heartbeat start running with high speed and at that time i feel restless and want only to sleep at that moment,i am 24 and in habit of helping other.
Causes of palpitation include fear, stress or anxiety, strenuous exercise, caffeine and nicotine. Palpitations can be a sign of an overactive thyroid gland (hyperthyroidism) or an abnormal heart rhythm (cardiac arrhythmia). Advice 1. Take rest and avoid all sorts of strenuous activity 2. Avoid tea, coffee, alcohol and smoking 3. You can take alprazolam per oral at bed time for 15 days 4. Sleep at least 8 hours in the night 5. Do meditation and yoga 6. Start workout in gym at least ½ an hour for 5 days in a week 7. Measure your blood pressure regularly 8. Stay with your family. Do not live alone 9. Investigations: a. Electrocardiogram b.
