What Causes Palpitations And Breathing Difficulty?

Hi! This is very private, but early today during masterbation, my heart rate went up ALOT, so I stopped to take a deep breath, and when I did, my whole body, starting within my chest, and down to my abdomen, started burning unbearably. I was in so much pain I couldn t move. I then got up and moved around and it went away. But I d like to know if I run any risk if I continue to masterbate. It s never happened before, but I certainly never want it to happen again.

Hello dear. You might have had a "panic attack". There seems no reason for you to feel that there is any risk to life. Masturbation is a healthy practice. Nothing wrong. It secretes endorphins in the body and helps to keep you healthy. But do not get addicted to it. Consult a psychiatrist if you get more of such panic attacks. It's just got to do with the mind and not a physical problem.

Hope i have answered your question. Feel free to contact me if you have any more questions. I ll be glad to help you.
All the best
With warm regards
