What Causes Palpitations And Dizziness?
I have heart flutters. I have been to the er several times and they say there isn t anything wrong with my heart nonetheless I know that daily heart palpitations isn t normal. What could this possibly be ? Sometimes the fluttering is so severe that I get dizzy

Kindly let me know which investigations done to rule out cardiac causes. EKG and if needed 2D echocardiography should be done to exclude cardiac cause. If no cardiac cause present than rule out high blood pressure and anemia. If you are taking stress than provide history about that. Consult physician for examination
