What Causes Palpitations And Fatigue After Having Food?

every time I eat it seems I have some type of reaction, which I have begun to believe is some type of food intolerance. 1 common denominator seems to be bread but there may be others. my symptoms occur approx. 45 mins after I eat and include heart pounding , fatigue, and sleepiness. what do you think?

i understand your problem heavy meals cause this type of problem eat small meals and frequent ineterwells check your sugar levels any diabees. hpertension and an thyroid problems also. mostly you will be alright.
