Hi, I have gone through your problem. Since you are having palpitations and irregular heart rhythm, it means your disease is worsening either due to the increased circulation of pregnancy or due to excessive hormonal intake in ivf treatmene. Beta blockers such as propanolol and metroprolol are safe in pregnancy. I would suggest you to consult a cardiologist as soon as possible and get an echo done to evaluate the condition of the heart and valves.
Hope you found this answer helpful.
Wishing you good health.
