I’ve been taking 325 mg of Bayer Asprin before workouts (free weights) because of some shoulder pain, I’m also drinking a 5 hour energy drink or a pre-workout drink. I’ve been noticing my heart beat seems off nothing painful but can’t tell if it’s just in my head as I am writing this my nose began to bleed for the first time. Hi,

Welcome to Healthcare Magic. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

You should do ECG and echocardiography for knowing the cardiac status as per your age. Because, undetected hypertension is cause of epistaxis.

I hope I have answered your query. Let me know if you have any further questions.

Take care.
