What Causes Palpitations And Pain Around The Shoulders?
I have heart palpitations and recently got a stress test. Although it showed very little, I get pain near my shoulders if I walk a distance. I am scheduled for an echo stress test next week. Should I be nervous and worried there is a serious underlying problem? I feel if there was a serious problem, they would have kept me for more testing right at that moment.

ECG like may be angina or myocardial infarction.
Further investigations needed are Trop T test and 2D echo.
