What Causes Palpitations And Pain In The Neck?

Hi I ve been having palpitations off and on throughout the day for at least a week with pain in neck and ears. Tonight my chest is beginning to have some pain. My thyroid scan showed enlargement with multiple nodules on both side. Can this be causing my issues

Yes palpitations may be caused due to hyperthyroidism. You should get yourself properly assessed by a surgeon.
