What Causes Palpitations And Shivering In The Body?

I am having very fast heart beat just before going into sleep and feels like my whole body shivering. They are gone once I regain my senses. I checked my pulse after these episodes and it is in normal range only like around 70-80s. I am experiencing this since 2 years during my exams and sometimes when I feel more tired and stressed. Is there anything abnormal.
