Psychiatrist 's  Response
Hi, thank you for using health care magic.
I can understand your concerns.
The symptoms you have described looks like panic attack but few other possibility need to be ruled out. You need to get EKG , Thyroid function checked, get hemoglobin level , urine should be checked for urinary metanphrin and VMA, Blood sugar level.
If this tests are normal then possibility of panic is increased. Then you need to consult a psychiatrist who will help you in managing further. Panic disorder is treatable with medicines like SSRI(sertraline, peroxatine, escitalopram etc.) as well as psychotherapy.
Hope this will help you.
Regards.
