What Causes Palpitations And Slow Heart Beats?

Hi, I ve recently experienced palpitations and a slow or weak heart beat (more noticeable when lying down but also often present when upright), plus tinnitus that sometimes gets briefly louder, and tiny electrical shock-like sensations that sometimes pop up in various places on my body--sometimes in rapid sequence for a few seconds--and then just as quickly subside. I also seem to have slightly swollen fingers when I wake up. Any thoughts?

hi,
what is age?
are the finger swallen at joint?
if yes, both complain are more likely to inter -relate.

tinitus and palpitation suggest that one should do cardic follow up if any cardic cause is there.
if found, it can be treated accordingly.

treatment -plapitaion is usally relieved on medications but only taken after diagnosis and based upon sevirity of the condition
