Good morning. I m 39 years old. I just had my total thyroidectomy operation last July 07, 2015.Last night while I was in the office I felt unusual on my left upper knee/in the middle of my front thigh(near my knee). I felt a palpitation of my veins in it and it was painful, but I decided just don t mind it. I convinced myself that it will be ok later or maybe it s normal to feel like this sometimes. When I went home & about to sleep, I still felt the same thing but the more painful the palpitation of the veins, until I got up this morning and came here in the office, still I feel pain in it but more painful and somewhat like it runs down to my foot. I m afraid I can t walk later because it might numb my legs and it will be painful to walk. I want to ask what is this?
