General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,
Welcome to the HCM,
Dear joint inflamation (swelling in knees) could be because of arthritis, and for that starting yoga and loosing weight can be helpfull with NSAIDS medicines after discussing with your treating doctor. For palpitation you must get done first an ECG your blood pressure to rule out the cause of palpitation or any change in heart rythym so can be treated accordingly by a cardiologist. Also it could be side effect of some medicines ,if you are taking any?
I would suggest you that get checked by a nearby physician and get examined thoroughly ,and discuss further.
