What Causes Palpitations In The Morning?

I my name it s Luna have a question for you doctor I ve been masturbating for really long time was like 9 years old now am 20 years old can t stop it .When woke up this morning Iwas fine healthy but then my heart rate start going fasted then slow I could be sitting down or lay down or could be beating fasted haven t told anyone that masturbate it s embarrassing for me say can you please help me

hello,
if you were getting palpitations during masturbation or immediately after masturbation then its normal. It happens as your heart beats naturally increase during sexual excitment.
however if your palpitations occured randomly, without you masturbating few minutes prior then it means your palpitations are due to some other reason. you have mentioned about palpitations only one morning. if your palpitations persists for more than one day i would suggest you to meet your general physician as he will be able to do detailed clinical examination like pulse, heart sounds in order to find the cause of palpitations.
Also i would like to inform you that masturbation is not harmful provided you do not do it excessively and without causing any physical harm.
