What Causes Palpitations, Lightheadedness, Dizzy Spells And Pulsating In Ears?
I have slight palpitations but mostly sort of light head rushes not really dizzy spells but I can hear what sounds like my heart beating in my ears and sort of a rush behind my eyes. Not really painfully but strange and recurring every two minutes or so. I ve had it before and it usually goes away.

It could be because of anemia, i.e. low hemoglobin. You should go to the ER or get an acute appointment at your own doctor's for further diagnostics.
