Hello,

I have gone through the details given. It is good to know that you are in pretty good shape and quite active. However, as you are experiencing palpitations on doing strenuous exercises, it is better to get a detailed check-up of your cardiovascular system. Because in an active person extra exertion normally should be causing any cardiac symptoms. Therefore, my advice is to get a proper check-up like BP, EKG, TMT and/or echocardiogram, to rule out any problems. Better not ignore the signals.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Prabhakar Laxman Jathar
