What Causes Palpitations?
My heart is beating funny it feels like its jumping. I smoke a pack of cigarettes a week for 9 years.. I am afraid to go to sleep every night because i feel like i wont wake up.. I plan to quit smoking this week. Male Hieght 5 4 Weight 130 African American Age 30

It is good that you are going to quit smoking but you also have to consult a cardiologist because an EKG needs to be done and maybe an ultrasound. You have to clear the suspect of arrhythmia.
