Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

PVCs are very common.

Once your ECG, Echo, and Holter is normal--especially if it was normal when uou had the episode of palpation, then it's a sure sign that it's nothing but PVCs which is not a serious issue.

We suggest such Peopel to reduce intake of caffiene, alcohal and avoid other recreational drugs. It's all a normal phenomenon and you should be very confident specially after having normal ECG and Holter.

However, anytime if you feel fainting or dizzy (it doesn't occur with PVCs) during your palpation, then you must consult your doctor.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Mahboob Ur Rahman
